Q 3: Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, Modern Cowork has plenty of flexible options based on what you are looking for. No hidden commitments.
Q 4: Are coworking spaces noisy or distracting?
Modern Cowork is intentionally quiet, clean, and productive. You choose your style — couches, bar seating, desks, booths, private rooms, etc. You won’t deal with the chaos you get in a coffee shop.
Q 5: Why not just work from home?
Coworking gives you better focus, fewer distractions, a professional environment, meeting rooms, amenities, and psychological separation between work and personal life.

Q 1: Do I need a membership to use the space?
No. You can book meeting rooms or a flex office without being a member. Members simply get better pricing + perks.
Q 2: Do you offer day passes?
Yes — you can claim a free day pass or purchase a normal day pass anytime.
Q 3: What time is the space open?
Members with the correct plan get 24/7 access via secure app-based entry.
Q 4: What amenities are included?
High-speed Wi-Fi, coffee, water, printing, comfortable seating, private zones, meeting room access, free parking, and more.
Q 5: Is the environment quiet?
Yes. Modern Cowork is built for people who need to get things done. No loud distractions, no chaos.
Q 6: Do you have private offices?
Yes, Commerce has private offices available. Toccoa’s private offices open February 2026. Offices are limited and fill fast.
Q 7: Can I bring a guest?
Guests can join for meetings (if you're using a conference room). For day-to-day coworking, each person needs their own pass or membership.
Q 8: Can I receive mail at Modern Cowork?
Yes, through our Virtual Office plans. You get a real business address, mail handling, and scanning options.
Memberships, Billing, & Access
Q 1: How do memberships work?
Memberships are typically month-to-month with automatic billing.
Q 2: Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change plans at any time.
Q 3: Do you offer discounts?
We run promotions throughout the year, and current offers are listed on our “Deals” page. Members also get 50% off meeting room bookings.
Q 4: How do I access the building?
Members receive an app-based key for secure 24/7 access.
Q 5: Can teams join together?
Yes, we offer team memberships and private offices designed for small groups.
Q 6: What if I only need the space occasionally?
We offer day passes, meeting room bookings, flex offices, and virtual office plans. You don’t need a full membership to take advantage of the space.

Q 1: Do both locations offer the same amenities?
The core amenities are the same, but some features vary:
- Commerce currently offers private offices.
- Toccoa office suites open Feb 2026.
- Some seating layouts differ by location.
Q 2: Can I use both locations?

Yes, you'll receive email + SMS directions automatically.
