What is Modern Cowork?
We're a work club - a focused workspace, not just a coworking floor or office building. You come in, work, meet people, leave when you're done. Two locations, three membership tiers, and a full suite of business services through Modern Hub.
Do I need a lease or long-term contract?
No long-term lease contract. You can stop your membership from month to month. We'll never penalize you for not having a lease, and we'll never push you to sign one. It's a membership, not a rental.
I just need a business address, not a workspace
That's Modern Hub. Two tiers - Momentum & Scale - built around exactly what you need from a professional address and mail handling, with the option to add workspace access when you're ready.
What if I need to bring a client or a small team?
Two of the three memberships include conference room slots every month. Work Lounge gets (2) 1-hour slots per month & Work Lounge + gets (4) 1-hour slots per month. Work Lounge + also comes with a "Bring a Friend" pass, so anytime you need to bring someone with you, you're more than welcome to! The conference room is also available to rent independently by the hour, anytime!
Can I tour before I commit?
Yes! The tour is free & takes about 15 minutes. You'll see both the space and the three tiers, and we'll help you pick the right one. Best way to book it is the Schedule a Tour button on the website.
